You will arrive at your accommodation on Saturday, meet your fellow climbers and your coaches for the week, then the day is yours to relax.
on the Sunday we will run an introductory workshop and spend the day refining your climbing skills. Then we will return to the accommodation for a debrief and food
Monday we will focus on your movement on the rock, helping you with body positioning, ensuring you are as efficient as possible.
Tuesday is a day lead climbing.
On Wednesday we will focus on problem solving with ropework

On Thursday we will work on lead climbing progression
Your final day will be lead climbing all day

Do I need travel insurance?
Yes we do recommend that you have travel insurance which will specifically cover you for the activities you will be doing with us.
What accommodation will I be staying in

On the Ardèche Sport Climbing Coaching trip You will be staying in a local gite in a small village near Les Vans

What equipment do I need

We can provide you with all your climbing equipment excluding climb specific clothing and shoes, but we suggest you bring your own shoes, harness, chalk and helmet, be aware that you will be in your shoes for extended periods, so comfortable shoes are always a good idea.

What is the weather going to be like?

Generally the temperature will be in the 20’s when the courses are running.

What happens next?

So the countdown is ticking, you’ve booked your Adventure Ardeche trip, but what happens next? After booking, we’ll immediately send you an email confirmation receipt, which you should keep for your records. A member of the team will be in touch soon thereafter to arrange the finer details of your adventure, including where to meet, what you need to bring, accommodation, activities, and to answer to any questions you may have. If you have chosen to pay a deposit we will be in touch with you to take the remainder of your balance four weeks before you arrive.
