In the 2019 summer season, we were lucky enough to host Ray Goodwin and his family for a week packed full of Ardeche Adventure!
In this episode Ray describes the importance of using draw strokes in the bow of the boat when canoeing in tandem, and demonstrates how to perform them, with a little help from his daughter, Maya.
