Upon Arrival you will meet the other members of your crew who you will be your team mates over the next two weeks.

Once introductions are complete we will do a kit check and you will be allocated your expedition equipment. After storing the items you do not need, we will then travel a short distance to our first overnight camp.
After sunrise we will return to camp where we will swim and have breakfast by the river, on the first day we will work together as a team to solve a number of challenges set about around our centre and the surrounding area.

on the next day we will then be working on our navigation skills with a half day orienteering session, followed by an exciting and challenging afternoon on a high ropes course.

Now we are working together as a group we start on our first mini expedition as we travel deep into the Ardeche gorge, following in the footsteps of history we take paths which through time have been used by Resistance heroes, Knights Templar, and prehistoric humans, here we will learn journey skills and emergency skills and of course essential expedition skills.

On Thursday we start on our paddlesport skills, firstly we are introduced to Stand Up Paddleboarding, the most popular outdoor activity among first-time participants. Now seen on every beach, river and canal around the world!

Not wanting to spend all our time adventuring we will also make our way into our local town for a little R and R.

After another day of paddlesports training, where we learn to control our tandem kayaks we will then embark on a two day expedition down the river Ardèche.

Our week starts with the culmination of our Ardèche river trip, we arrive back at the centre, and after a quick debrief, we relax for the night, in preparation of our next days challenge.

At sunrise we start our Solo experience, this will last till sunset, you will be alone in the wilderness, with no technology. This experience allows you to spend quiet time contemplating and processing what you have experienced, You will be regularly checked upon by your guides, but ultimately you will be on your own. At sundown, we make our way back to the centre to discus our experiences.

The next day we plan our expedition,

Your team and your guides will work together chose a suitable route, you will select the correct equipment, and put into plan what you have learned over the past two weeks

On the Friday you will arrive back at there centre, for a debrief and degunge, and your final night departure party
